N64: either Perfect Dark or Pokémon Stadium (+Transfer Pak +Pokemon Blue)
GBA: Golden Sun, Gunstar Super Heroes, Bit Generations SoundVoyager (this one is awesome but very short)
GameGear: Sonic Triple Trouble and one of the Aleste games, can't remember the exact name (Power Strike II?) but it had great music
Dreamcast: definitely the Shenmue series
